Howe Bridge Aces is a Community Swimming Club with close links to WLCT Learn to Swim Programme and the Wigan Best Swim Squad.

The Club, based at Howe Bridge Leisure Centre, is a competitive Swimming Club, established in 1979 has been competing across the North West and producing high quality swimmers for over 45 years!

The Club is ideal for young swimmers who are at Stage 7 or above of their swimming Lessons and be able to swim 25m of all 4 strokes to join. We also have a Masters session for those who wish to utilise the Club for fitness and social aspects, our member’s age, ranges from 6-75 years old.

We have swimmers of all abilities, entry level competitive swimmers up to County, Regional and National Medallists.

The Club is primarily a Competitive Swimming Club, competing against other Community Swimming Clubs within the Region.

The Club is always looking for new members who are ready to go to the next length in swimming!
